Where can I find out if an item is in stock?

When you select a product in the online store (and choose the right size), you can see whether the number entered is still available.

If a product is not in stock, you can always send us an e-mail to hello@becomeshop.be. Afterwards, we check with the supplier of the product to reorder.

Can I cancel my online order?

If you want to cancel an online order, it is best to call (read: before you receive the shipping confirmation) at +32 472 33 36 43 or via hello@becomeshop.be. This is how we stop processing your order. Afterwards you will of course get the full purchase amount refunded.

Can I still cancel my order after receiving a shipping confirmation?

If you do change your mind after receiving the shipping confirmation, you can notify us via 32 472 33 36 43 or via hello@becomeshop.be

When you receive the package, you must send it unopened to the store. When we receive this order unopened, your full purchase amount will be refunded to the same bank account with which the order was made (excluding shipping costs).

Can I return an order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Become Official and strive to offer you excellent quality, value for money and excellent service at all times. If you wish to return an item, please fill in the return form that you can download here and return it to us within 14 calendar days.

We ask that you return the products in unused, undamaged and complete condition (including all accessories), in their original & undamaged packaging, with the label and with a copy of the delivery note. So feel free to view the delivered product as you would in the store. For example: take a t-shirt out of the box and look at it from all sides, try this indoors, but don't take it for a walk outside. Is your product no longer in its original condition or in its original packaging? Depending on the condition of the product, you will receive part of the original purchase amount.

You can return all products purchased through the webshop, with the exception of clothing / accessories that have stains *, soldered or personalized products, i.e. products that are adjusted to the customer's specifications. For example, personalized t-shirts, sweaters, bathing suits, swimming shorts, etc. (read: with name and / or personalized message) cannot be returned. For your own hygiene, we can also not return worn swimwear.

* Is there a stain or default on an item when you receive your package. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Return your order:

  1. Fill in the withdrawal form that you downloaded and put it with your package that you want to return.
  2. You return your package at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrect delivery and / or damaged article, in which case you can contact hello@becomeshop.be. Returns can be sent to the following address:

  1. The refund of the purchase amount will be made within 14 days after receipt of your package. This is done on the credit or bank card with which you paid for the order. Become official is not responsible for the loss of your package on the way.

Can I track my order online?

After placing your order, you will be notified by e-mail of the shipping and the expected delivery time. This way you can follow your package closely with the Track & Trace number we provide you.

In the confirmation email you will also find a link that leads directly to the selection of the delivery options ..

Who will deliver my order?

We work together with Bpost for our online webshop. They will deliver your package safely to the requested address and hand it over with a smile. Therefore, in the event of damage or loss of goods during shipment, Become Official is not responsible.

Are there any additional shipping costs?

We have a fixed shipping cost of € 4.95 for those who order from the BeNeLux. This cost will not be charged if your purchase amount is greater than € 70.

For Germany, the shipping costs are € 8.50; for France it is € 11.95 and for Great Britain it is € 12.50 and takes 2-5 working days. These costs will not be charged if your purchase amount exceeds € 70.

For Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Sweden the shipping costs are € 20.50. These costs will not be charged if your purchase amount exceeds € 70.
