The following terms and conditions are deemed to have been agreed between the seller and the buyer.

Article 1: Concept of goods
The terms goods are hereinafter understood to mean: all products that belong to the seller's normal range.

Article 2: Orders
2.1. The buyer places the order. Only the order form signed by the seller binds the seller.
The execution of the agreement will take place in accordance with the general ordering and sales conditions. By the fact of the order by the customer, he agrees to these conditions. This to the exclusion of the customer's (buyer's) own conditions, even if these are communicated afterwards.
As predicted, the agreement is only concluded after written confirmation by the seller. A start of execution counts as confirmation, unless it has been made with reservation.
2.2.The person or company placing the order is regarded as the principal - customer and guarantees the payment of the invoice, even if the latter has to be drawn up and sent to a third party.
2.3. Any cancellation of the order must be made in writing and well before delivery takes place.
A cancellation is only valid after written acceptance by the seller. Without written acceptance, the sales agreement must be performed.
In case of an accepted cancellation, the customer owes a flat-rate fee of 50 percent, calculated on the price of the total order. This fee covers the fixed and variable costs associated with a cancellation. In the event of special orders or orders outside of stock, the customer owes a compensation in the event of cancellation that is fixed at 75% of the agreed sales price of the ordered goods, without prejudice to the right of Become Official BV to claim multiple damage and to pay compensation for it. to progress.

2.4. Changes and / or adjustments to previously placed and confirmed orders, either before delivery or after delivery, must go through the same process, in the sense that these adjustments / changes must also be confirmed by the seller. Only after confirmation is the seller bound. This also applies to repeat orders.
2.5 Become Offical BV is completely free in the choice of suppliers and third parties that Become Official works with in order to implement the agreement.

Artikel 3: Description of the goods to be delivered.
The goods are delivered as specified in the order form or on the front of the invoice.

Article 4: The price
4.1 The price is as stated on the order, delivery note and / or invoice, unless the seller is forced to adapt it to the evolution of the fixed and / or variable costs as a result of changes in the structure of (raw materials, wages, energy ...). Any price revision will be made on income the legally permitted standards.

Article 5: The delivery times
5.1 The goods are delivered within the period stated on the order form, taking into account the usual tolerance specific to the nature of the industry or trade.
If the buyer has to collect the goods and is in default, a storage fee may be charged. The buyer now bears the risk.
5.2 The exact delivery times or dates stated are, however, only provided by way of information. The term does not imply any obligation of result for the seller and is therefore not strictly binding, unless this was expressly agreed between the parties and stated so explicitly on the front of the order form. Delays in implementation can never give rise to a fine, compensation or dissolution of the agreement to the detriment of the seller.
Any “fait du prince” or case of force majeure releases the seller from any liability, including late delivery by the seller's supplier.
However, if the delay is due to an error on the part of the seller, the above mentioned reservation does not apply.
5.3 The goods always travel at the risk of the buyer.

Article 6: Control
6.1 The buyer should immediately receive and inspect the goods. No complaints will be considered after eight days after delivery or after handling it.
6.2 Hidden defects can only give rise to compensation if they have been detected with due speed and are submitted within eight days and the goods have not been processed in the meantime.

Article 7: Transfer of ownership
7.1 The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of principal, costs and interest.
7.2 The delivery takes place at the risk of the buyer, who must insure himself against possible damage.

7.3 The buyer will notify the seller if the goods are placed in a space that is rented by the buyer and, if necessary, disclose the identity and place of residence of the lessor.

Article 8: The payment methods
8.1 Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the price is payable in cash upon receipt of the goods, without prejudice to the seller's right to request an advance on the order or order confirmation. In the absence of any statement to the contrary, the goods will be delivered to the seller's registered office and the price must therefore be paid there.
Even if it has been agreed that the goods will be delivered on site, the price will remain payable in cash at MARKE at the seller's registered office.
8.2 In the event that an order is delivered in several times, for whatever reason, at least the price of the goods then delivered must be paid immediately with each delivery. In other words, the buyer cannot decide in that case to proceed from payment only once the order has been delivered in full.
8.3 In the event of non-payment or late payment, the price will be increased by a compensation of 10 percent, which corresponds to the nuisance that the seller undergoes in this way, and the administrative costs incurred in this regard. In addition, an interest is payable that amounts to 12 percent per year. These increases are due without any notice being required. The default interest is calculated on the month commenced.
8.4 Non-payment on the due date of a single invoice makes the balance due on all other, even non-due invoices, immediately due and payable by operation of law.
8.5 Likewise, in the event of full or partial late payment, the compensation and interests as stated under 8.3. due.
8.6 All collection, reminder and prosecution costs are at the expense of the customer, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 8.3.
8.7 Drawing and / or accepting bills of exchange or other negotiable documents does not imply novation and does not constitute a deviation from the terms and conditions of sale.
8.8 Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 6.1. In case of dispute, the invoice must be protested within eight days of receipt.

Article 9: Guarantees
If the seller's confidence in the buyer's creditworthiness is shaken by acts of judicial execution against the buyer and / or demonstrable other events that call into question and / or make impossible the confidence in the proper execution of the obligations entered into by the buyer , the seller reserves the right to demand suitable guarantees from the buyer. If the buyer refuses to comply, the seller reserves the right to cancel the entire order or part of the cancellation, even if the goods have already been shipped in whole or in part. In such a case, the amount referred to in Article 8.2 will be owed by way of compensation and any costs cf. art. 8.5. at the expense of the buyer.

Article 10: Right of retention
It is expressly agreed between the parties that all goods of the buyer that are in the warehouses and workshops of the seller can be retained by the seller in order to further guarantee the payment of the manufacturing fee due for goods already returned.

Article 11: Dispute settlement
11.1 In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district in Kortrijk are exclusively competent.
11.2 All costs mentioned in art. 8.5., As well as the attorneys' fees, will be recovered from the purchaser if the latter is found to be in the wrong.
11.3 Only Belgian law is applicable.

Your purchase is final as soon as the payment is confirmed. The purchase agreement is concluded in the language of the website when you make the payment. To purchase a product, you must first add the product to your shopping cart. If you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you can enter your contact details, billing information and delivery information. We accept orders via online transactions (secure server). Please read the "Payments" section for further information on this. If we are unable to deliver your products due to a stock error, stock shortage or any other unforeseen circumstance, your order will be canceled and we will notify you. Then follows the refund of the canceled products (s)


Ordered products are delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery method. All delivery charges are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the day after your order. All goods are delivered subject to their availability. Promotions always run during the specified period or while stocks last.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the expected delivery date. If we are unable to deliver your products due to a stock error, stock shortage or any other unforeseen circumstance, your order will be canceled and we will notify you. Then follows the refund of the canceled products (s). If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, you can cancel the undelivered order. You will then receive a full refund of the item or items concerned

If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond with the items stated on the delivery note or do not correspond with the items you ordered, you must report this and return the items to us within 14 days. calendar days after their receipt. If we do not receive such notice, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as being satisfactory. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. If the customer is not present during the delivery of the package and does not collect his / her package at the post office within 15 days, the package will be returned to Become official BV. If this is the case, Become official BV will only return the package to the customer when the package is received in exchange from BPost (or refunded by BPost if it is lost), and the shipping costs of the second shipment will be charged to the customer , even if the Post did not leave a notice of delivery

Custom duties

When your ordered products are delivered to a country other than Belgium, you are considered the authorized importer and as such you must respect the laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. You may be subject to charges or duties before the goods arrive in your country. Any additional customs charges are your responsibility. Become BV has no control over these costs and does not know the amount. Customs policy differs per country. For more information, please contact your local customs department.


We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Become official and strive to offer you excellent quality, value for money and excellent service at all times. If you wish to return an item, please fill in the return form that you can download here

We ask you to return the products in unused, undamaged and complete condition (including all accessories), in their original & undamaged packaging, with the label and with a copy of the delivery note. So feel free to view the delivered product as you would in the store. For example: take a t-shirt out of the box and look at it from all sides, try it on indoors, but don't take it for a walk outside. Is your product no longer in its original condition or in its original packaging? Then you will receive part of the original purchase amount, depending on the condition of the product.

You can return all products purchased via the webshop, with the exception of clothing / accessories with stains *, soldered or personalized products, i.e. products that are tailored to the customer. For example, personalized t-shirts, sweaters, bathing suits, swimming shorts, etc. (read: with name and / or personalized message) cannot be returned. For your own hygiene, we cannot return worn swimming equipment.

- The refund of the purchase amount is made within 14 days after receipt of your package. This is done on the credit or bank card with which you paid for the order. Become official is not responsible for the loss of your package on the way.

When you send your return, always keep your Track & Trace proof until your return has been processed!


All products are warranted against defects as a result of manufacturing or material defects. The warranty lasts 24 months from the date of the initial invoice (unless stated otherwise). Defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

If you have received a product in damaged condition, please notify us first. You can contact us via hello@becomeshop.be. We look at how we can offer a solution and will ask you to return the item. The return costs will in this case be refunded (according to the standard postal rates). Send the damaged product, together with the return form and a description of the damage, with sufficient postage to our return address. Also add your account number so that we can make the refund. All items must be returned to us in a neat and orderly condition, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.


All products are sold alone unless stated otherwise and are not always available at every point of sale. Regulations regarding distance selling / right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last good.

Effects of Withdrawal

Force of the majority
